Completed entries name the date, place, audience, and primary source available to the club. The record grows as more evidence is reviewed.

The session made cultural exchange practical: students could listen to different experiences, ask direct questions, and use English with people beyond their usual classroom. The official Universitas Jambi record names Molly Conaghan, Sophie Barclay Smith, and Asha Horbacki as guests.

Open direction

Community work starts by listening to the community.

English Club is preparing a community-service programme around the needs of schools, youth groups, and learning partners. A project becomes public as completed only after its partner, scope, safeguarding, date, and evidence are reviewed.

Names, dates, partners, and results are published only when the club can verify them.
